All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of your order. Our exchange period will be temporarily lengthened during Christmas; from December 1, our exchange period will be extended to January 20. Returns and exchanges may be posted back at the customer’s expense or returned in person to one of our affiliated stores.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense or may be picked up from our offices.
We also reserve the right to refuse the return of shoes that are not returned in their original box.Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or any item sold at a reduced price.
