Shipping Within Australia

We ship all orders to any address in Australia free of charge regardless of how big or small the order is.

• Orders placed before 3pm will usually be dispatched on the same day.
• Delivery takes up to 4 days however most orders are received within 2 days.
• Residential and PO Boxes will be shipped via an Australia Post service and proof of delivery is available.

Shipping Outside Australia

We ship to most international destinations at a flat rate of AUD$30.

• Orders placed before 3pm will usually be dispatched on the same day.
• Delivery takes between 3 and 10 working days.
• Shipping is via Australia Post Registered International.

Please Note

Unfortunately due to a number of fraudulent orders, someplace reserves the right to request identification material from international orders, or where a credit card origin is not that of the destination country. This may include a scan of your Drivers Licence, Passport and the Credit Card used for the transaction, we appreciate your co-operation.

Christmas Deliveries

All Australian orders placed before 8:30am  EST on Thursday 20th December will be shipped the same day via Australia Post Express Post, a next-day delivery service for all addresses that fall within the Express Post network; including all capital cities and most metro centres. To check if you're shipping address is covered by the Express Post network you can visit the Australia Post homepage here - http://auspost.com.au/personal/express-post-network-nsw-act.html.

If your delivery address falls outside of the Express Post network, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by Christmas.

Please also be aware that missed deliveries may require you to collect your order from the nearest post office during their regular operating hours.

All international orders are no longer able to be delivered by Christmas as the cut-off date for shipping has now passed.
